In this first step, we will learn all about what you want from your vacation. This will be either in person, over the phone, in a virtual meeting, or through email. During this conversation, we begin building our personal connection with you and learning all about your travel preferences, budget, destination choices, and any specific requirements you may have.

Once we have done our research, we send you an itinerary proposal. If you simply want an off-the-shelf package (cruise or all-inclusive resort), this should take a day or two. Custom itineraries can take 3 or 4 days depending on how much research is required. Once you’ve had a chance to review the itinerary proposal, we’ll connect again and, if needed, make any necessary modifications or additions.

Once you approve the proposed itinerary, we proceed with booking all the necessary components of your trip, including flights, hotels, tours, and any other services outlined in the itinerary. We will handle all the reservations, payments, and necessary paperwork for a hassle-free experience. When everything is booked, we will add all confirmations to your digital itinerary that you can take everything with you on your phone. If you prefer paper documents, we will print those up and get them to you instead.

After your bookings are complete, we will continue to provide you with ongoing support. This is where our service shines! We are available to answer any questions that may come up, assist you with any last-minute changes, provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options, and offer any assistance you may need during your trip. If any issues arise during your travel, we will be here to help resolve them and ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
